I lead CBRE\'s Residential Investment Advisory Team within Capital Advisors - Investment Advisory. I work with government departments, registered providers, local authorities, developers, funders and investors to deliver housing led projects. I also lead CBRE\'s firm wide Affordable Housing Capital Markets offer bringing together best in class professionals to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients. I have a deep knowledge of the public sector, residential development, affordable housing and funding markets and provide a range of advisory and transactional services. Our offer encompasses capital raising including grant, debt and equity; forward funds or forward commits; strategic partnerships and joint ventures; strategic portfolio reviews and; secondary trades. I have advised on projects with a combined GDV in excess of £20bn and been involved in a range of innovative and complex transactions.
