Over 200 in 2015• Manage projects focusing on high net worth/high opportunity clients in the Self Directed investment channel.• Developed and managed service to sales initiative for use by 350 phones associates. Goal is to have further conversations with clients after their service is met in an attempt to deepen the relationship with the firm.• Implemented revised retention efforts for clients at risk of leaving the firm. Creating talking guidelines, revising team compensation, associate training and measuring success were all part of the responsibilities involved in this initiative.• Involved in creation of outbound sales team in Self Directed Investment channel. Primary function of team is to call high opportunity clients to educate them on products and features as well as deepen their relationship through consolidating/bringing in new assets to the firm. Since inception in April 2012 team has brought in over $180M in Net New Money.
