This includes but not limited to pricing decisions with senior leadership, inventory management, forecasting and process management• Identify key trends and monitor historical sales velocities to determine effectiveness of sales campaigns through CRM lead segmentation efforts. Responsible for the onboarding and transition in CRM overhaul from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce. Including the usage of Wolfcycle and ZoomInfo, new partners.• Collaborate frequently with brand marketing, revenue marketing, business analytics departments to identifying desired target market, roll-out promotional initiatives and keep abreast to performance and conversion metrics through EDPs• Lead a team of 12 direct and indirect reports across multiple departments including Inside Sales, Business Development & Corporate Hospitality. Recruit, train & develop Representatives and AE\'s in all three departments• Responsible for $5.7M+ revenue budget and $180K+ expense budget (2025-26 campaign)• Achieved three consecutive years of double-digit revenue growth across multiple product verticals• Completed the 2022-23 campaign at 93%, 2023-24 campaign at 96% and 2024-25 campaign at 96% to goal (all non-playoff finishes)
