About Justin Bruner

As a Power and Performance Engineer at EDP Renewables, I leverage my mechanical engineering background and experience in subsea hydraulic distribution to improve wind turbine performance. I provide engineering recommendations related to availability, efficiency, and risk mitigation, and manage cross-platform initiatives between Europe & LATAM and North American fleets. I also conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the main technical issues of EDPR wind fleet.Previously, I worked as a Senior Engineer at TechnipFMC, where I designed and performed analysis for various subsea hydraulic and electrical distribution products. I was heavily involved in each testing stage of the equipment and created and supported various technical documentation. I also ensured compliance with customer specifications, government regulations, and industry standards for subsea distribution products. I have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
