I am a hands on Business Manager/Entrepreneur with broad Supply Chain/Operations/Finance experience. I have worked in both large Fortune 500\'s and small companies strategizing business direction, operationalizing strategies and implementing from shop floor up to CEO. While at GEAC as Global Director of Sourcing, I managed a global team responsible for Sourcing commodity strategy and operational execution. I broadened the Sourcing function partnerships with internal stakeholders, negotiated new supplier partnerships and navigated the tumultuous semiconductor components market while maintaining a steady deflationary material spend.As Director of SCM, I hired a team and developed all the processes necessary (S & OP, SRM, CRM) for a globally supplied domestic manufacturer that ships internationally. I sourced and installed an Oracle ERP system, establish an MES architecture and set-up the financial infrastructure to account for ramping operations of wafer fab and product assembly lines. As a Principal Supply Chain Consultant I helped Fortune 500 companies achieve growth, enhance customer service and improve cost structures through optimizing/redesigning supply chain networks, transforming Procurement operations/organizations and evaluating the value creation of potential acquisitions through supply chain and strategic fit assessments. Prior to entering consulting, as a Manager for Intel I managed a global organization responsible for procurement processes, delivery logistics, process transactions and domestic and offshore sourcing; business size was more than $ 2bn. I developed and implemented a global purchasing organizational redesign, transitioning in two steps to establish 3 global centers of excellence for procurement transactions.
