I\'m an Inside Sales Manager at Viewrail, a North American manufacturer of premium stair and railing systems. I lead a sales team of 15 working with both homeowners and trade professionals on projects that range from standard residential installs to complex custom builds.My focus is on the people side of sales: developing reps, sharpening process, and building a team culture where accountability and performance go hand in hand. I\'ve spent the last 8 years at Viewrail growing from individual contributor to team lead, and that experience shapes how I coach and manage today.Outside of work, I\'m a person of faith, a husband and dad, and someone who\'d rather be outside than anywhere else.
