My practice focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investments. I represent private equity groups and companies in a variety of industries in merger and acquisition transactions in both public and private contexts. In addition, I co-chair the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.I also represent financial investors and other lenders in complex financing transactions and in making non-control investments at every level of a company’s capital structure including senior secured, second lien, and subordinated debt investments and common and preferred equity investments. In addition, I represent companies (including portfolio companies of private equity clients) in general corporate and commercial matters.I am admitted to practice law in North Carolina and New York.
