About Justin Boening
Justin Boening is the author of Not on the Last Day, but on the Very Last, which was selected by Wayne Miller for the National Poetry Series and published in 2016 by Milkweed Editions. Self-Portrait as Missing Person was selected by Dara Wier for the Poetry Society of America\'s National Chapbook Fellowship. Boening’s poems and essays have been published broadly, including in Tin House, APR, and Boston Review. He teaches in the School of the Arts at Columbia University in New York and in the creative writing department at UArts in Philadelphia. Boening is also the founding editor of Horsethief Books and a Lutron Experience Center Leader in NYC.
