This will allow the office teams to plan capacity for our trade partners- My team developed and implemented a Lennar Atlanta BuildPro adherence program- My team designs and implements priorities and projections for our vendors to ensure delivery dates are met- Formed a temporary, impromptu warehouse for flex duct to provide real-time supplemental supplies to our HVAC vendors- Deliver labor and material forecasts based on starts projections and even-flow build cycles to create delivery optimizations of flex duct, gypsum products, floor systems, roof trusses, windows and other short-supply materials.
