   As a title curative processor, my primary job duties involve reviewing title commitments for vested interests, obtaining all necessary documents, updating foreclosure information for each title, and communicating with title vendors throughout the process. I facilitate Fidelity Nation Title with shared closings by coordinating with both buyers and sellers. Assist in some funding and post-closing procedures with Fidelity Title and Big State team leads. Conduct extensive searches for inherited properties using affidavits of heirships and wills, using any means necessary to locate a missing heir or person of interest. Corresponding and aiding various third-party legal teams to insure the completion of muniment of title, partition of sales, foreclosure postponement, etc. Furthermore, answering all escalated correspondence, complaints, and queries in a timely manner.
