   The Security Shift Supervisor reports to their Security Operations Supervisor. The Security Shift Supervisor is the first-line supervisor to a group of Security Officers at an Vistra Nuclear plant and provides daily and direct oversight and monitoring of their assigned Security Officers. Security Shift Supervisors are accountable for the performance of their assigned Security Officers and provide direct supervision, performance management, and implementation of the MARC process for their assigned Security Officers. Security Shift Supervisors also are responsible for providing safe, effective oversight for the implementation of the Site Security\'s NRC-approved Physical Security Plan and implementing procedures, in accordance with 10CFR73.55, and Vistra\'s business policies, procedures, and standards.
