Deliver impactful training programs, tailored content, and strategic insights that align with Microsoft’s commercial priorities.Key Responsibilities:• Lead training initiatives for partner OEMs, distributors, and resellers to deepen expertise in Microsoft business technologies and solutions.• Review and localize content for Microsoft Expert Zone and marketing campaigns, ensuring regional relevance and effectiveness.• Create and adapt customized enablement materials and messaging rooted in frontline experience to support strategic business outcomes.• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, capturing feedback and providing actionable insights to internal teams.• Plan and execute event deliverables, ensuring seamless alignment with campaign objectives and audience needs.Acting Program CoordinatorOccasionally serve in a leadership capacity to ensure the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of partner training programs and localization initiatives.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate directly with partners to schedule training and sync sessions, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines.• Assign training sessions—both virtual and in-person—to Master Trainers, matching delivery needs with trainer expertise and availability.• Delegate tasks to Master Trainers based on partner requirements and content scope, maintaining quality and consistency across engagements.• Manage the distribution of localization projects for the LMS platform, supporting timely and accurate regional deployment.
