About Justin Aloneftis
Hello all! My name is Justin Aloneftis. I am 36 years old and was born and raised in the South Florida area. I have a very driven and motivated personality. When I take on any job I do it to the best of my abilities and ensure that all parties in any transaction are satisfied from start to finish. While studying business & entrepreneurship at FAU in 2008 I started Monster Moving Inc. D/B/A 5 Star Moving. I successfully owned and operated the company and ran a team of up to 6 men. I handled all aspects of the business from taking sales calls, closing deals and booking jobs, performing the actual move, as well as accounting, marketing, licensing, and any other tasks involved with running the business on a daily basis. This has given me a very well rounded background allowing me to use my excellent interpersonal skills allowing me to close deals daily. I have always had an interest in Real Estate and with owning a moving company it just made sense for me to go ahead and study to earn my Florida Real Estate License in 2015. I worked with a couple of small boutique brokers as well as Keller Williams as a buyers agent. I deal with retail sales and rentals and am very interested in starting to work with investors to purchase and manage properties for absentee owners. I am very good at generating leads and closing deals. Overall I am a very well rounded individual that takes pride and integrity in keeping a good name and ensuring all of my clients in any of my endeavors walk away happy and willing and able to refer me to their friends and family.
