About Justice Payne
As a former collegiate athlete, I owe my competitive spirit, drive, and work ethic to the thrill of finding success on the court gave me. That has since carried over into my professional life- Setting professional goals, and finding ways to achieve them is \"gas on my fire\". I probably should have realized recruiting was meant for me, when I loved being the host for all recruits on campus for basketball. However, much like everyone else in recruiting -I stumbled into it. But I found my next calling post graduating college when I fell in-love with sales recruiting. Don\'t get me wrong, I enjoy all recruiting, building relationships with hiring managers or candidates, fills my cup; but GTM recruiting is my love language. After recruiting for fortune 500 companies and Series, A, B, C, and D startups- I found myself with the opportunity to create something of my own with Justice Payne Consulting. A recruiting league all my own.
