Lead and execute data-informed digital strategies on @PackAthletics to support NC State Athletics’ goals around story-telling, ticket sales, and sponsorships- Collaborate with the Digital Strategy team to design integrated content campaigns across social, email, and paid channels- Create and schedule content for revenue-driving initiatives, tailoring graphics, photos, and videos for each platform- Analyze performance data for social, email, and paid media to inform future creative and content strategies- Partner with multimedia rights holders and sponsors to deliver branded content and digital activations- Attend and cover select Athletics events (including nights/weekends) to capture engaging photography and video content- Plan and execute storytelling content that captures the in-venue fan experience and enhances post-event recaps- Design engaging graphics using Adobe Creative Suite- Edit and format photo/video content for use across Instagram, Facebook, X, email, and digital ads- Serve as a brand ambassador for @PackAthletics and other official channels, helping protect and elevate the Athletics reputation- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and lead content initiatives from ideation to execution- Assist in developing segmentation strategies and performance A/B tests (subject lines, creative, send times)- Develop creative for paid ads, aligning visuals and messaging with campaign goals and platform best practices.
