ABOUT JUSTICE DADZIE

My research interests center on advancing educational assessment practices and examining their influence on student learning outcomes, with a particular focus on academic stress and resilience. I investigate how teacher assessment literacy, digital assessment tools, and technology-enhanced learning environments shape student engagement, performance, and well-being. A key component of my work explores the psychological factors, such as social support and emotional self-efficacy, that contribute to academic resilience, especially under conditions of high-stakes testing.I am particularly interested in the development, evaluation, and validation of assessments through robust measurement and psychometric methodologies. My work incorporates statistical modeling techniques, including Differential Item Functioning (DIF) analysis, to ensure fairness and validity in assessments across diverse populations. I also explore the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to optimize adaptive testing and enhance the design and delivery of personalized assessment systems.Additionally, I engage in research that addresses examination malpractice and seeks to improve assessment integrity and quality in educational systems. My focus spans large-scale assessments and domain-specific inquiries within mathematics and science education, with particular relevance to West African educational contexts. Through empirical research and interdisciplinary collaboration, I aim to inform evidence-based policy and contribute to the development of equitable, innovative, and data-driven educational practices that support student success.
