Monitor and support the achievement of Global and National Quality objectives & targets* Ensure the adherence to the global corrective and preventative action standards as well as being actively involved in the root cause analysis and agreement of corrective and preventative actions for severe and reoccurring incidents, audit findings, trend analysis, etc.* Ensure all risks and opportunities are identified and assessed * Carry out workplace inspections and emergency response drills* Leads efforts for planning site QHSE training for employees, 3rd party, and other visitors, including onboarding, training matrix creation and maintenance, eLearning, and other training materials, implementation, training, and related activities* Ensure global standards are implemented and challenged for improvement * Accident, incident, and near miss investigations / reporting * OSHA reporting * Lead Emergency Response Team training efforts at the site (CPR, AED, First Aid, etc.)* Lead site EHS Committee, including monthly meeting / meeting minutes, following up on action items, leading discussion and completing documentation* Lead efforts to drive completions of the safety observations* Lead SDS review and program for the site* Lead Health and safety and related efforts for the site* Conduct NCRs/CAs, Incident and accident Investigations as required by circumstance* Follow-up on employee EHS concerns received.
