With over two decades of leadership and management experience, I have worked with thousands of employees who struggled with goal execution, accountability, and communication of vision—challenges that consistently hindered personal and professional growth. This led me to target the root of lasting change: the brain.As the founder of Neuropsyche Network, I help people accelerate their goals in work and life by balancing brain function and expanding consciousness through the four circles of transformation—biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Our programs go beyond motivation, focusing on real brain function changes to enhance focus, adaptability, emotional resilience, and performance. By understanding brain types and neurocatalytic techniques, individuals gain the tools to overcome anxiety, stress, and procrastination while optimizing decision-making, productivity, and purpose.My professional journey began in real estate, where I closed over 100+ listings in my first two years and helped hundreds of agents achieve top 1% performance nationwide. I specialize in new agent training, business development for teams, and leadership development for managing and employing brokers/owners.Previously, I was a multi-unit operator for a portfolio of health clubs in the Midwest, responsible for P&L revenue exceeding $6M monthly, hiring and training single-unit operators, and implementing succession planning, financial reviews, and sales training at multiple levels of the organization.
