Reporting directly to the CMO and working directly with the CRO, I am responsible for leading pipeline generation across a regional team comprising North & South America including Canada as well as to build and scale the organization as it relates to overall business growth. Internal collaboration is key to ensure alignment and production. My key job duties include: 1. Account Development Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive account development strategy for the Americas region that aligns with the company\'s overall business objectives. Team Management: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 25 representatives, including 3 managers, to ensure they meet or exceed their individual and team goals. Pipeline Generation: Driving the generation of high-quality leads and opportunities to build a robust pipeline for the sales team. Sales Enablement: Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs and resources that help our representatives win deals and meet their targets. Performance Metrics: Establishing and tracking key performance metrics for the team, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Forecasting: Providing accurate and timely forecasting of the team\'s performance to senior management. Process Optimization: Continuously improving and optimizing the account development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Engagement: Developing strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer engagement and advocacy.
