Account Development Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive account development strategy for the Americas region that aligns with the company\'s overall business objectives. Team Management: Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of 25 representatives, including 3 managers, to ensure they meet or exceed their individual and team goals. Pipeline Generation: Driving the generation of high-quality leads and opportunities to build a robust pipeline for the sales team. Sales Enablement: Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver sales enablement programs and resources that help our representatives win deals and meet their targets. Performance Metrics: Establishing and tracking key performance metrics for the team, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Forecasting: Providing accurate and timely forecasting of the team\'s performance to senior management. Process Optimization: Continuously improving and optimizing the account development process to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Customer Engagement: Developing strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive customer engagement and advocacy.
