ABOUT HELEN PARSONS

With over 15 years of senior-level experience in organisational leadership, learning and development. Helen Parsons is a passionate and creative leader who helps businesses transform and grow. As the CEO of The OppO Foundation, she leverages her qualifications and expertise in coaching and mentoring to empower individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential. Helen is driven by a mission to make a positive difference in the world, and she brings diverse perspectives and experiences to her work, having served in the military, healthcare, public service and education sectors. In her current role, Helen oversees the strategic direction and operations of The OppO Foundation, a charity that provides support and opportunities for veterans and their families. She works with a team of dedicated staff and volunteers, and collaborates with partners and stakeholders across the public, private, and third sectors. Helen also runs her own consultancy business, where she helps clients with proven OD initiatives and processes to align strategy with creativity and achieve their goals. She has successfully delivered multiple projects on topics such as leadership development, organisational culture, change management, curriculum development, presentations and employee engagement, using her skills in learning and development, facilitation, and communication.
