About Anisha Gupta
After 10 years of building the interdisciplinary career soup, here is What I do and Why I do it. I design learning experiences that expand access, build capability, and drive meaningful change.I started in engineering and fintech before choosing work that brought me into classrooms, community spaces, and eventually rural villages through Teach For India and Barefoot College International. Those years reshaped how I think about learning, technology, and impact.I went on to lead digital content teams, build e-learning solutions, and explore how tools like AI can support learner engagement and growth. After almost a decade shaping learning for others, I stepped back into the classroom at IIM Bangalore. Returning as a student sharpened my strategic lens and readied me to contribute as an executive who serves both business outcomes and people.Today, I help organisations create scalable, user-centred learning platforms aligned to social and development goals.
