Analyze, track and authorize in-excess of $5 million of college general funds, State and Federal Career Pathways, Carl Perkins, Future Ready Oregon, and Workforce Investment Opportunity Act funds to meet budgetary guidelines and outcomes. Supervise, assess, and evaluate program effectiveness, CTE program of study development and faculty performance in alignment with college regional Workforce Investment Board goals resulting in the development of three new Career Pathways certificates. Survey, investigate, and evaluate college enrollment and engagement systems to streamline access and for dual credit, and non credit students resulting in the publication of a college-wide systems review
