Juri Kotowitz is a solution engineer, brand champion, and creative business leader. After his service in the military serving as a bomb technician in the United States Army he consulted for hundreds of financial professionals and their clients across the Northeast. This role involved exploring the details and experiences of both the advisors\' businesses as well as their clients\' corporate and family business backgrounds providing an invaluable diverse, real-world business education. In 2018 Juri joined West Hartford Lock\'s leadership team as Vice President of Business Strategy and Development to help the company launch its growth phase. His new role as Chief Operating Officer covers a wide range of responsibilities. These include: internal personnel management, strategic project management, developing and implementing corporate structure and oversight, corporate culture and branding, marketing, and most importantly ensuring that Northeast Door & Security identifies and achieves its strategic objectives. Most recently he helped lead the integration of employees and processes when WHL acquired Lindquist Security Technologies (now Lindquist Doors and Hardware) adding a new office located in Trumbull, Connecticut. Most recently adding Rackliffe Lock & Safe and AA Lockserv to their portfolio while rebranding to Northeast Door & Security. Juri continues to foster discussions with other locksmith and commercial door, frame & hardware companies exploring succession planning or exit strategies.
