I sit at the intersection of deep process engineering and commercial strategy — and that\'s deliberately where I\'ve built my career.With a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and 8+ years across ARKEMA, CHIMEC and BASF, I combine technical depth with a proven BD track record- 500K EUR+ revenue pipeline generated in specialty chemicals and industrial process sectors- 1M EUR+ project portfolio managed with 100% on-time delivery- 30% productivity improvement through Lean Six Sigma Green Belt- 9 peer-reviewed publications in polymer engineering — selected as 1 of 21 top PhD students in Europe for the BASF AcademyWhat I actually do: I translate complex technical capabilities into commercial value.
