We develop, build and provide special commercial vehicles and Services.My roles and responsibilities : Program Management Business Strategy Research; Customer Innovation; Business case Development; Design; Prototyping; Concept & System Development; Engineering; Testing; Demo-vehicles; Sourcing; Industrialization; Launch;I am pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with donor vehicles and conversions; applying agile and lean methods to accelerate efficient vehicle development, productivity and delivery to our customers.Parcel Delivery was part of our CV strategy. We partnered up with Deutsche Post - DHL; I personally have been delivering parcels in the City of Cologne in order to better understand their requirements, needs and desires. I build a roadworthy demo vehicle based on a prototype Transit battery electric chassis cab vehicle within five months and won the first tender. We designed, developed, tested, industrialized and launched in three subsequent manufacturing locations. Meanwhile Ford BEV based DPDHL converted vehicles are delivering parcels in eleven cities across Germany daily.Leadership level: management
