Launched Adaptive Toppers with Xbox Design lab from a 20••••22 Hackathon to lots of praise from the media and users. I operated as Lead Program Manager and Product Manager, in addition to developing all the ID, support for Design Validation and Test, leading the UX, and initial documentation for the help pages. All wouldn\'t have been possible without the backing of the equivalent partners and leadership signing off along the way.Launched an entirely new front-end platform for Xbox Design Lab, driving schedule, internal and cross team processes, reducing per project reliance across Hardware, Supply Chain and vendor teams, creating a more efficient development model to hit business planning schedules.
