Manage two production lines (Audi & MAN battery modules), ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer specification compliance.Lead root cause analysis usingFTA, PFMEA, and Six Sigma to resolve production defects and improve First Time Yield (FTY).Collaborate with suppliers to address material/design issues and with global customers (Audi, Daimler, Volkswagen, MAN) to meet engineering demands.Develop and execute DOE for laser welding processes (side/end plate)to optimize weld quality and reduce defects.Drive scrap reduction projects, implementing cost-saving solutions without compromising product integrity.Prepare and present 8D reports, customer quality summaries, and process improvement recommendations.
