As the Global Director of Strategic Communications at Mars Snacking, I lead the strategic and creative direction of business communications in the Snacking segment for Mars, one of the world\'s largest pet care, snacking, and food companies. I have over 15 years of experience in marketing, content development, employee engagement, and multimedia communications, with a strong passion for purpose driven marketing.I joined Mars in September 2023, after nearly 7 years at Accenture, where I led employee engagement and communications strategy for culture, legal, inclusion, diversity, and ethics across nearly 750 thousand employees worldwide. I also led people engagement for the Europe region, where I managed a network of 44 professionals and a team of 5 communications executives to execute the vision of becoming a $25 billion business. I have demonstrated my ability to lead with a strong purpose, inspire and entertain audiences, and deliver critical communications under the most chaotic conditions like the start of the Ukraine war, the refugee crisis that followed, Covid-19 pandemic and the largest transformation in Accenture\'s history.My passion is to help people and organizations tell their stories in a compelling and authentic way, leveraging the power of multichannel marketing communications.
