About June Allan Malit
Jun has an extensive experience in the telecommunication industry. He started his career in the Philippines\' largest telecommunication company, Globe Telecom, where he helped build the company\'s SMSC and VAS systems. He went on to lead the company\'s Operations and Maintenance team focused on Intelligent Networks, Value Added Service Systems and Packet Core Systems. He worked in Ethiopia, where he first gained international exposure, as a consultant helping the operator optimize their network focusing primarily on core, VAS and IN systems. In his current journey with T-Mobile USA, he has developed a well-rounded career in technology by working on Operations, Design and Performance teams. The experiences he have had equipped him to be able to solve complex problems. It also opens up opportunities for collaborative work within the company such as delivering in the company\'s Uncarrier offerings. He is currently focused in looking into data experience performance and leading the Packet Core Performance team.
