As the primary community liaison, I lead Regis University’s efforts to build meaningful partnerships with local neighborhoods and communities, aligning engagement activities with the University\'s mission and Strategic Plan. Oversee signature programs, develop impactful service initiatives for excluded and economically disadvantaged populations, and manage a team to amplify service opportunities across diverse internal and external audiences. Collaborate with University stakeholders to ensure mission-driven, culturally responsive engagement that fosters community building and positive impact.Served as the primary community liaison, strengthening Regis University\'s role as a leader, partner, and convener within surrounding neighborhoods and Regis-connected communities.Fostered positive, mutually beneficial relationships with key businesses, government entities, and community leaders to support the University’s strategic priorities.Lead University efforts to serve excluded and economically disadvantaged individuals through mission-aligned programming, integrating internal and external resources and audiences.Oversaw signature events and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the University\'s mission and Strategic Plan while engaging diverse and broad audiences.Developed and executed an annual impact plan for the Regis University Service Society, promoting culturally responsive service to meet community needs.Managed a team, including one full-time staff member and cohorts of student workers and interns, to amplify service activities across the University.Chair a cross-University Community Engagement resource group and served on the University’s Community Engagement Governance Committee to align University-wide engagement efforts with institutional priorities.
