Lead team of 70 associates across aggressive deadlines, Just-in-Time (JIT), and Just-in-Sequence (JIS) manufacturing and delivery of interior modules. Responsible for ensuring product quality and integrity, setting plant quality priorities, and aligning with customer-specific requirements and internal corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive plant-wide quality excellence from suppliers to customers. Coach, train and mentor quality and production personnel. Develop local audit plans, considering corporate and customer audit schedules. Analyze quality and production indicators and present findings to local controlling. Oversee the implementation of 8D & QRCI corrective actions in the Plant. Monitor supplier and product quality to ensure compliance with customer safety requirements. Manage supplier monitoring and development through Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA). Report plant achievements based on each department’s KPIs. Maintain traceability and product liability through comprehensive data archiving. Act as management representative for customer relations (ISO IATF / TS 16949). Block assembly, production and delivery in case of product or process deviations. Approve and release updated work instructions. Ensure compliance with VDA 6.3 & 6.5, ISO TS, and ISO 14001 for audits and certifications.
