Third-year Biochemistry Student – Aix-Marseille University (20••••26) Background in Nutrition and Food Science Hello everyone, Currently a biochemistry student, I am developing a scientific profile geared towards the food industry, focusing on quality and the performance of production systems. With a background in nutrition and food science, I have acquired a solid foundation in microbiology, quality control, food safety, and scientific analysis. My studies now allow me to delve deeper into the biochemical and molecular mechanisms involved in food transformation and stability. My goal: To join industrial or healthcare organizations in the medium term, contributing to the improvement of quality, safety, and innovation in the food supply chain. My current studies include: • Bachelor\'s degree in Biochemistry at Aix-Marseille University • Strengthening my skills in analytical biochemistry, instrumental methods, and the scientific approach • A particular interest in quality control, regulations, and process optimization For the next academic year, I plan to enroll in a Master\'s program in Quality, Safety, and Environment, where I am already seeking a work-study placement.
