ENG:Reporting to the Head of the Contract, Tech & Data Expertise Center, I am in charge of the following activities- Functional management and leadership of the Data & Privacy legal expertise unit composed of Legal experts (definition of working methods, organization of information sharing, point of contact)- Legal support for all business units of the group in the context of innovation and digitalization projects- Support to other legal departments of the group in negotiating personal data processing agreements- Legal assistance to the DPO division and the Security Unit of Groupe BPCE- Regulatory monitoring in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity, dematerialization, and electronic archiving- Training and awareness-raising actions- Participation in industry working groups.FR:Sous la responsabilité du chef du Centre d\'Expertise Contrat Tech & Data, je suis en charge des activités suivantes- Management fonctionnel et animation du pôle d\'expertise juridique Data & Privacy composé de juristes spécialisés (définition des méthodes de travail, organisation du partage d’information, point de contact)- Support juridique à tous les métiers du groupe dans le cadre des projets d’innovation et de digitalisation - Accompagnement des autres départements juridiques du groupe dans la négociation d\'accords de traitement de données personnelles- Assistance juridique à la filière DPO et à la filière Sécurité du Groupe BPCE- Veille règlementaire en matière de protection des données, cybersécurité, dématérialisation et archivages électroniques- Actions de formation et de sensibilisation- Participation aux travaux de place;
