I recognise and celebrate that we are all different. I also know that life is full of ups and downs and sometimes we need a little bit of support to get back on track. I love working with people 1 to 1 or through my group program to help them make long-lasting, positive change; To feel more confident, calm, and content with who they are.Through understanding our current pattern of thinking and the unsupportive self-beliefs we hold, we can see how they negatively influence the way we think, feel and behave. The good news is that once we know what’s going on we can shift our mindset. We can re-train our brains using simple practical CBT and NLP based techniques and we can accelerate the shift by using Reiki to deeply relax, release the unsupportive thoughts, feelings and emotions and invite the way we want to think and behave.
