   In my current role, I serve as a techno-functional Business Analyst supporting enterprise Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance solutions and adjacent HCM/Redwood experiences for a large, highly regulated federal environment. I own delivery across the full lifecycle—requirements, gap analysis, configuration, integrations, SIT/UAT leadership, release readiness, training, and post-go-live stabilization—ensuring systems are compliant, scalable, and intuitive for a user base of 20K+ employees. A core highlight of my tenure has been advancing modernization through Oracle Redwood UI and driving measurable improvements in user experience and operational reliability. I partnered closely with Finance, HR/Benefits, Payroll, PMO, and IT delivery teams to align end-to-end processes, strengthen controls, and increase the accuracy and speed of decision-making across enterprise operations.• Owned Oracle Fusion/EBS Finance solution delivery for 20K+ users, supporting configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and production readiness across core financial cycles, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).• Launched Open Enrollment in Oracle Redwood UI at national scale, redesigning enrollment flows for usability, clarity, and self-service success.
