As a Communications Specialist with a master\'s degree in business/Corporate Communications, I am passionate about creating and delivering effective and engaging messages across various platforms and audiences. I have a number of years of experience in external and internal communications, covering diverse topics and industries.Most recently, I worked as a Project Management Specialist at Waterworks, where I provided technical and product support, helped customers with product setup, comments, and requests. I also managed multiple social media campaigns, using Canva and Wix to create captivating posts and update the website. I increased the social media followers by 35% and the website traffic by 25%. I have strong skills in communication, customer relationship management, project management, content creation, and social media planning. I am proficient in various tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Canva, Wix, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the field of communications.
