   Managing a caseload of 22 hrs per week and overseeing 650 weekly hours of direct therapy- Directly supervising BCBAs, overseeing caseload distribution, treatment plan quality, and clinical decision-making, including discharges and case transfers-Ensuring the clinic maintains optimal capacity by monitoring client hours, pairing new clients with clinicians, and supporting intake processes-Leading monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs and RBTs, conducting bi-annual performance reviews, and addressing performance concerns through training and improvement plans-Collaborating with the Assistant Clinical Director and Office Manager to maintain clinic culture, reinforce staff satisfaction, and coordinate clinical and operational needs-Reviewing treatment plans and reauthorizations, ensuring alignment with clinical standards, and insurance requirements-Handling escalated clinical or personnel matters and supporting the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)-Partnering with other therapy providers (e.g, speech and OT), developing new partnerships as needed to enhance multidisciplinary care-Leading clinic-wide initiatives, strategy meetings, and training development to align clinical growth with organizational goals
