Experienced in project development & financing of renewable projects and providing advice to private sector developers, end-users, financial institutions, investors, international agencies and governments in emerging and frontier markets. Currently working with GRIPS Energy - a C&I developer with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa - as Head of Investment and Legal responsible for fundraising, financial structuring as well as the management of the project investment process (pricing, due-diligence, risk allocation, contracting, investment approvals). Previously worked in renewable energy and climate finance consulting and early stage project development - advising on design of public support instruments, public financing mechanisms and enabling regulatory frameworks that aim to leverage private sector investment, carbon asset development/transaction as well as pre-feasibility assessments for C&I, mini-grids and grid-connected solar & small hydro projects.
