About Jung-A Lee

I grew up in a Christian family where music was very important. From my kindergarten age I often heard my parents singing in different languages including Korean, Japanese, English, and German. Even though I didn\'t understand the meaning of it, I imitated them singing or talking all the time. I think that\'s why I particularly enjoy playing for choirs and singers. From eleven years old, I started playing the piano for Sunday worship services at a church in Seoul, South Korea. It is clear that God prepared my path from the early age. From the middle school and high school years I also began to play the piano for instrumentalists when I went to Sun-Hwa Arts Middle/High School in Seoul. After that I also studied the organ, voice, harpsichord, and conducting in colleges. With these musical skills I would like to share beautiful music in the communities. For the last three decades I had amazing opportunities to perform in Asia, North America, Europe, and Africa. I find communicating with everyone all over the world is fascinating. Music is indeed UNIVERSAL language! In 2026 I will be studying harpsichord and clavichord in Amsterdam, the Netherlands more in depth. So my trips among the USA, South Korea, and the Netherlands will be more frequent. In the meantime, I am planning to concertize widely in Europe as organist, collaborative pianist, and harpsichordist.
