I\'m currently a senior content designer for NHS Education for Scotland, working on Scotland’s health and social care digital service. I’ve worked on other digital programmes like the HMRC child benefit service and the NHS UK national proxy service. With experience shaping high-profile digital services in multidisciplinary agile teams, I focus on creating content that- meets user needs - aligns with policy - drives measurable outcomes My work includes content audits, user research synthesis, SEO, content strategy, journey mapping, and crafting plain-language content to ensure services are inclusive and impactful.
