Johnstone Development is a full-service residential Design-Build renovation company. We facilitate your project from concept to completion. Interior design, material selections, project management, construction, and represent the sale transaction, as needed. Our in-house design team and CAD designers will work with you to achieve your goals, working collaboratively and continually staying within your budgetary guidelines of your project. We diligently manage each project, providing constant client communication through timelines, budget updates, and overall construction status progress reports. Our licensed contractors and subcontractors work directly with our project management team and interior designers to achieve maximum efficiency and fiscal overviews. We continually research building products and implementations to drive costs down on each project, passing that savings on to our clients. Johnstone Development and June Johnstone is also a licensed Realtor through DRE. Therefore, many homeowners, buyers, commercial and residential real estate developers want to achieve maximum yield on their profit through liquidation of the asset. Johnstone Development through in-house market research can help you achieve these goals. First, we look at comparable sales reports to determine what improvements make sense to proceed with, as to not over develop/over spend on the property. Second, study potential market volatility or upswings to forecast realistic pricing for future launch dates, and thirdly, prior to project launch, isolate rising costs in materials used for your project and try to purchase on speculation. Our goal is to create the highest net margin possible for our clients and investors.
