Lead a volunteer-based team that supports a three-campus church with approximately 25 ministries, guided by the vision of the church\'s senior pastor. Created strategic plans for the church\'s three campuses and assist ministries and administrative and financial teams to continue to adopt new processes to ensure the successful achievement of the church’s vision, driving a 50% increase in new members. • Designed and implemented the church’s new vision-informed assimilation system and led the transition to the new system by restructuring and training five ministries of 8-15 volunteers. • Managed the church\'s shift to a complete virtual model and return to a hybrid model (virtual & in-person) without any interruptions in its members’ communications, donation rates, or ability to access services.• Designed and manage analytic procedures to monitor and report performance metrics for the church’s board and members, biannually.• Designed, implemented, and lead the church\'s hybrid services registration process used to track attendees and adhere to fluctuating federal, state, and local COVID-19 in-person gathering guidelines.• Designed and implemented a strategic plan to migrate and manage the church’s new management platform and database.• Increased online donation options, resulting in an increase in 2020 donations during the pandemic compared to 2019, pre-pandemic.
