About June Yeung

As a Managing Engineering Consultant in Ramboll\'s Site Solutions Practice, Dr. June Yeung has been involved with engineering design, construction management, and site remediation projects. Her specialty pertains to civil/site design, design of stormwater diversion and infiltration-reduction measures using hydrologic/hydraulic models, infiltration models, and other methods, soil erosion and sediment control, landfill capping design, and construction management. She has also been involved with development of grading plans and other construction drawings, technical specifications, engineering cost estimates, and asbuilt documentation, Remedial Investigations (RI), proposal development, performance of feasibility studies, stormwater permitting, and sampling of various environmental media for Site Investigations (SI). June joined Ramboll in 2012 with nine years of environmental-related research experience. Her PhD thesis examined the role of different landscape features (e.g, cities, land-water boundaries, mountains) on the initiation and evolution of both typical and extreme storm events, particularly in the New York City-New Jersey metropolitan region. Through various opportunities in her academic career, June has acquired diverse environmental-related research experience in hydrology (surface water quantity and quality and evapotranspiration), atmospheric science (air quality and meteorology), aqueous geochemistry, and wetland ecology.
