June Niklus is a senior partner in Deloitte & Touche’s banking and securities audit practice with over 30 years of experience, primarily serving broker-dealer and technology-enabling/fintech clients. She is responsible for the coordination of audit, tax, technology, regulatory, and consulting services for global and domestic financial services organizations. June has a strong background in SEC reporting and has participated in the review of documents filed in connection with initial public offerings; an exchange demutualization; and merger, acquisition, and underwritten debt transactions. She also has assisted in IPO and Sarbanes-Oxley controls preparation and readiness assessments. She is accredited in International Financial Reporting Standards.June’s extensive experience in serving securities and fintech clients of various sizes has given her a multifaceted perspective on the issues facing industry clients, and she works closely with audit committees and members of management to share insights, listen to their feedback, and confirm that Deloitte\'s services are of consistently high quality. June holds an MBA in Accounting from Fordham University and a BA in Government from Cornell University. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. June serves as audit committee chair and member of the board of directors for both Community Healthcare Network and Cooke School and Institute.
