I have been a REALTOR in Raleigh since 1998 with a broad range of practice. I believe the most rewarding part of my job is helping people move forward in their lives and making new friends. ABOUT JUNE ANN WARD
I was born in Greensboro, NC and have lived in Raleigh for over thirty years. After attending Appalachian State University, I first worked for Travelers Insurance. In the early 80\'s while visiting the triangle, I realized that I wanted to live in Wake County. I accepted a sales position with C.F. Sauer (Dukes) Company, moved to Raleigh, and the rest is history! I have been a REALTOR in this area for 20 years with a broad range of practices. I believe the most rewarding part of this profession is making new friends and helping people move forward in their lives. I enjoy doing a little bit of everything – from helping people purchase their first home, helping people find their dream home, or helping families downsize. Throughout my career, I have assisted friends, relatives, colleagues, and complete strangers with their real estate needs. What a joy this career has been! As a member of The National Association of Realtors, The North Carolina Association of Realtors, Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors and Triangle Multiple Listing Service, I stay abreast of the always changing real estate market, with access to the latest tools of the trade, technology and information. I enjoy being involved in my community as a way to meet new people and make a difference in the place I call home. I am an active member at White Memorial Presbyterian Church and have volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Transitions Life Care (Hospice), National Charity League and Raleigh Garden Club. I love spending spare time at the coast but I admit that my happy place is Hyco Lake near Roxboro, NC. My favorite pastimes are reading, playing cards, board games, working in my yard, watching old movies and college football. My greatest joy is spending time with my supportive husband and my three girls and their families.
