Part of the Investment Banking team at Anand Rathi Advisors Ltd providing high-quality financial advisory services & assistance in fundraising to mid-market corporates.Our primary services include - Financial Advisory, M&A Advisory (Buy & Sell-Side), Equity Capital Market Transactions (IPO, QIP etc.) & Private Placements (Private Equity, Structured/Mezzanine).As a part of the team, I am responsible for the following:• Developing financial model, designing and managing business plans, preparing valuation models, conducting financial analysis, conducting Industry Research etc.• Preparation of Information Memorandums (IM), Pitch books, and other relevant material to be shared with potential investors and/or lenders• Assisting the senior team in identifying clients and liaising & representing them to potential investors and/or lenders.• Participating in the process of due diligence, assisting senior team in negotiations and closure of the transaction • As part of BD, experience in screening for potential clients, approaching and participating in business meetings. Contributed to building and maintaining client relationships. Experience in screening potential targets and buyers for M&A transactions.
