Assess and develop operational risk programs and serve as a risk subject matter expert. Facilitate the execution of core operational risk program processes (e.g, documentation of risk program, reporting and tracking needs) Execute core risk management functions, including inventory of, and periodically testing business processes and controls. Conduct risk assessments of services and processes to identify process gaps. Partner with management and stakeholders to track the status of open gaps, findings, and deliverables. Deliver trusted and value-added risk analysis to inform strategic business decisions, highlighting key areas of risk for Coinbase, and proactively identify and mitigate risk and processes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g, risk SMEs, ERM, Internal Audit, regulators, external auditors) to ensure appropriate levels of accountability and transparency.
