In my previous role as a Senior Contract Litigator at DLG Legal Services Limited, I handled over 350 litigated cases. This included assesing legal liability, quantum and settlement negotiations. I drafted defences, witness evidence, applications and instructed counsel on a regular basis. I contributed to the efficient and effective management of the client\'s workload, adhering to quality standards and procedures.As a Debt Recovery Paralegal at Kennets, I led investigations on credit hire agreements and repossessions. I recovered outstanding debt using strategies to avoid litigation.I have a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Law, where I gained a solid foundation in legal principles and practicesI am adaptable, results oriented, analytical, and communicative.
