1.Look upon the Monthly Advanced Production Planning to meet the customer requirement.2.Daily planning to reduce the WIP by regularly inspecting the material and getting it clear from the party. 3.Weekly Production Planning to maximize output.4. Daily monitoring of actual production with planned production ensuring the capacity utilization of each machine.5.Ensure that production targets are achieved with respect to quantity and quality.6.Manage and ensure the reduction in spoilage or wastage.7.Raw Material planning to ensure the availability of material for the production & co-ordinate with purchase & store.8.Continuously monitor and report on, and take the appropriate action when required, with regards to production costs and variances to budget.9.Work out for minimum inventory in process.10.Managing team of 50 workers with 4 supervisors.11. Responsible to monitor various production at various sites.12. Responsible to keep follow ups for Drawings and raw materials to various sites and issue the same.13. Co-ordinate with Purchase, Incoming QC and Store for newly received materials.14. Co-ordinate with shop in-charge to ensure proper stage wise planning for better output in mean time.15. Monitor for system compliances to complete production activities with routing and ensure minimum inventory at Production location.16. Keep Input and output records and publish the same on monthly basis with management.17. Attend Weekly project review meeting with management to ensure proper delivery and progress of Projects.18. Share Daily outputs with store and all concerned to ensure smooth further activities.
